This mineral could only be measured in materials from source C. Its chemical composition is somewhat variable among the different grains regarding the Th/U-ratio (example for a chemical composition which was determined is: 65 wt% ThO2, 30 wt % UO2 and 3 wt% Pb with some traces of other elements). This indicates that the minerals are solid solutions of the thorianite-uraninite series (below 50 mol-% of the uraninite end-member).
