Set with a rectangular-cut sapphire weighing approximately 10.00 carats, to the baguette-cut diamond shoulders, size 6 1/2.

With report no. GRS2006-080902 dated 15 August 2006 from the GRS Gemresearch Swisslab stating that the natural sapphire weighing 10.00 carats has no indications of heat enhancement.
