The three collet-set diamonds suspending a pear-shaped aquamarine bordered by millegrain-set brilliant-cut diamonds, on a fine chain, accompanied by a GRS Report no. GRS2006-010713, stating the natural pear-shaped aquamarine to be weighing 10.83 carats, application of heat undeterminable, length approximately 45.5 cm
