Claw-set with an oval-shaped sapphire weighing 6.65 carats, within a double frame of brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, size 51.

Accompanied by GRL and AGL reports nos. 9703067 and CS 31614 both stating that the sapphire is of Sri Lankan origin, no indication of thermal treatment.
