Set with sugar-loaf cabochon sapphire, between buckle shaped shoulders, the mount pave-set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 Karat white gold, size 54.
Accompanied by GRS report No. GRS2000-05113 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, no indication of thermal treatment.
