Claw-set with a step- cut sapphire weighing 58.97 carats between two kite shaped diamonds weighing 1.72 carats in total, mounted in platinum, size 51.

Accompanied by three reports each stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, no indication of thermal enhancement:
