Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 16.22 carats, the claws and shoulders entirely decorated with a single-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, size 52.
Accompanied by GRS report no. 2001-06472 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment.
