Centered with 1 oval-shaped ruby weighing 4.19 carats, bordered by baguette-shaped diamonds, the corners accented by round diamonds, completed by a partially split shank set with round diamonds, altogether diamonds weighing approximately 3.55 carats, mounted in eighteen-karat white gold, size 6.

Accompanied by Gemresearch Swisslab (GRS) report no. 9803121 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin.
