Centering on an oval-shaped star ruby cabochon weighing 10.85 carats, surrounded by 14 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.20 carats, mounted in eighteen-karat white gold, size 6.

Accompanied by a GRS report no. 2000-01252 stating that the star ruby is of Burmese origin, natural, and there is no indication of thermal treatment.
