Lot 10 Eighteen - Karat Gold, Sapphire and Diamond Pendant-Brooch

Designed as a texuted gold lion clutching a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 44.55 carats, the balance enhanced with several small diamonds, mounted in gold, fitted with pendant loop.

Accompanied by GRL report number 9704036 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, no indication of thermal treatment.
