The heart-shaped ruby weighing 4.01 carats, within a frame set with small round diamonds, topped by a pendant loop set with a pear-shaped diamond, mounted in 18 karat white gold, pendant detaches; together with an 18 karat white gold chain, length 15, inches.
Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS 9808103 stating that the origin is Burma (Myanmar), no indication of thermal treatment.
