Lot 113 Spinel and Diamond Pendant-Brooch, Baily, Banks & Biddle, Circa 1900

Designed as a fall leaf clover, center set with a cushion shape red spinel weighing 3.48 carats, the leaves and stem set with numerous old European-Cut diamonds, mounted in gold and platinum, signed BB & B, numbered 16961.
Accompanied by Gubelin report no. 9010013 stating that the stone is natural spinel and a GRS report no. 2001-06044 stating that the stone is natural spinel and of Burmese origin.
