Claw-set with an oval ruby weighing 5.16 carats within a border of heart shaped diamonds alternately-set with marquise-shaped stones, mounted in white gold, size 50.5.

Accompanied by a GRS report no. 9907127 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, no indication of thermal treatment.
