Claw-set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 18.11 carats within a border of brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.20 carats in total, mounted in platinum.

Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS2002-01592 stating that 'Gemmological testing revealed characteristics corresponding to those of a natural sapphire from Burma, no indication of thermal treatment'.
