GRS provide this Report Issue for outstanding gemstones that are
classified as following. GRS investigates the rarity of gemstones in comparison
to its own data bank of gemstones and to the data bank on 15 years of auction
results on the most recognized auction houses in the world. All the stones
personally investigated by Dr. A. Peretti. After comparision with the rarity of
the gemstone in comparison with the most recognized gemstones in the world, the
gemtone will be classified. It will be either classsified as "important" or
"magnificent". The gemstone will be described by a Rarity comment with its
unique properties and receives an "award" by GRS in a special designed hologram
on the
report. In addition to the gemstone report, an "electronic report" will be
provided on a CD. The provided electronic Report (e-GRS Report) contain
links to all relevant data like inclusion photo album, maps of the mines,
DVD-videos on the visit of the mines that are provided on the website of GRS (
www.gemresearch.ch or
www.swissreports.com). This new
GRS-Report and its "twin-brother" the "e-GRS-report" will be charged as 500 US
Dollars and will be only reserved to rarity investigated and value approved
gemstones.
