Restructuring our US Operations
Effective March 1, 2026, GRS is restructuring its US operations. All new gemology business will be administered through GRS Gemresearch (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GRS Gemresearch Swisslab AG of Switzerland.
New Business
All new gemology business will be administered through our new company, GRS Gemresearch (USA) Inc. GRS Gemresearch is a wholly owned subsidiary of GRS Gemresearch Swisslab AG, of Switzerland.
Existing Business
All existing business, including prepaid services purchased before February 26, 2026, will be administered through our old company, GRS Lab USA LLC. Your gemstones entrusted to us are safe and will be returned upon completion of examination with gemstone reports like always.
Who Will Analyze My Stones and Issue the Reports?
Regardless of the date of purchase, our gemology services will be provided by the GRS team under the leadership of Dr. Adolf Peretti. Reports will be issued by GRS Gemresearch Swisslab AG. Our proprietary know-how and 30 years of experience are at your disposal.
Transition Phase
If you purchased prepaid services from GRS Lab USA LLC on or after February 26, 2026, please contact us to ensure that you will receive the service you expect.
