The most specialized structure-related publication on Johachidolite is the summary of a cooperative research project between Swiss Universities (SFIT and University of Berne, Johachidolite, CaAl[B3O7], a mineralogical and structural peculiarity) including chemical testing (LA-ICP-MS, Electron Microprobe Analysis), spectroscopic testing FTIR (Infrared) Spectroscopy) and structural analysis.
Up to this date this is the latest and most modern data set for the characterization of the mineral “Johachidolite”. For a further back-up on the origin of Johachidolite go to Contributions to Gemology No.5, which is also available in book format from GRS.
